This new 6 story structure with penthouse, roof garden and rear garden, was built as a 4 unit condo building comprised of 2 triplexes and 2 floor-through apartments. The top 3 floors serve as a home for the developer of this property and his family (spouse, three children, dog and cat). We worked very closely with the developer and were especially sensitive to his wish of designing the facade elements to blend in with the traditional masonry facades of Harlem, while having family friendly, sleek and modern interiors.
